Hi, I’m Aht’a Turner, founder of Peak Retail Solutions and author of The Ultimate Retail Revival Playbook.

For over three decades, retail has been more than just a job for me it’s been my passion and my purpose. I started my career on the floor at Walmart, where I learned firsthand the fast pace, the challenges, and the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience. From there, I grew into leadership roles at Burlington and later helped transform a local beauty supply store. Along the way, I’ve trained teams, managed departments, and turned struggling spaces into thriving success stories.

Those years taught me something important: small store owners are often overlooked, overwhelmed, and under-supported. Big corporations have endless resources, but local retailers are left to figure it out on their own. That’s why I created Peak Retail Solutions to change that story.

I bring real-world experience, empathy, and hands-on solutions to every client I work with. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter strategies. Instead, I listen, assess, and create tailored plans that help small business owners reach their goals on their own terms. Whether it’s improving store layout, boosting customer service, training staff, or building stronger business practices, my mission is simple:
